Newark, N.J. — Panasonic revealed pricing and availability of its AS530 FullHD LED LCD Life+Screen TV series

The Panasonic AS530 Series features four screen sizes: 39 inches ($549 suggested retail), 50 inches ($899), 55 inches ($1,099) and 60 inches ($1,399). 

The 60-inch model will ship later this month. The rest are available now and can be found at Shop.Panasonic.com and at select retailers.

The AS530 is Panasonic’s entry-level Life+Screen TV series, which offer “practical picture-performance functions” and an easy-to-use interface. 

The AS530 sets include Backlight Blinking Technology (240 Backlight Blinking) which produces smooth, blur-free fast-moving images.

The overhauled user interface adds dramatic enhancements for learning individual users’ content preferences to break different content out of its silos, for easier navigation.

Other Life+Screen features include: the My Home Screen intuitive and personalized gateway to apps and content; remote sharing of video memos, messages and other information through smartphones; voice guidance; Swipe & Share streaming and sharing of photos and videos with smartphones and tablets; Internet apps for video-on-demand content and applications; built-in Wireless LAN; media player; DLNA; two HDMI ins and two USB ports; and Energy Star 6.1 compliance.
