Tributaries Cable has added a new SKU to its line of surge-suppression
products.
The new T1A, an
upgrade of the company’s popular T1 model, is a single-outlet device providing
540 joules of surge suppression with an added line filtration circuit for clean
power.
Tributaries said
the T1A is engineered with the X3 metal oxide varistor, which it called
“the most advanced surge suppression available in a consumer product of
its size,” allowing the T1A to comply with the ANSI UL 1449 third-edition
protection standard.
It is designed to
physically cover only one receptacle of a dual outlet and features a blue LED
protection indicator light when plugged in.
The T1A is now
available with a suggested retail of $20.
