Fremont, Calif. - Logitech introduced seven new Web cams today, all
designed to work with its recently introduced Vid calling software.

The new

The Pro
9000 Web cam ($99.99 suggested retail) features Zeiss optics with autofocus; a
2-megapixel HD sensor delivering video up to 720p and snapshots at up to 8
megapixels; and the company's RightLight 2 technology, which is said to
intelligently adjust to produce the best possible images in dim or backlit
settings.  The C905 (also $99.99) has all
of the same features as the Pro 9000 but comes in an "easy-to-transport" design.
