Indianapolis - BrightPoint Americas has entered into an
agreement with Service Net Warranty, a subsidiary of Chartis, to offer a suite
of wireless device lifecycle services and protection programs for the
subscriber and pre-pay markets.
BrightPoint Americas will provide forward and reverse
logistics, including the repair, refurbishment and recycling of wireless
devices. Chartis companies will offer insurance/service contract solutions
customized to client needs, and a loyalty program designed to optimize customer
service and client retention, BrightPoint said.
