Bridgewater, N.J. – Brother has introduced a flagship model into its Business Smart Pro series of all-in-one inkjet printers, the MFC-J6920w.
The MFC-J6920w, which is now available at retail for $299, is designed as a crossover product suitable for the home office or small business. The printer features Brother’s Wireless Assistant to simplify integrating the device into a wireless network and has dual paper trays and high-capacity ink tanks.
Print speeds are up to 35 pages per minute for black and 27 ppm for color. It is equipped with a 3.7-inch LCD and can print directly from a mobile device using nearfield communications (NFC), AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Wi-Fi Direct and Brother iPrint & Scan.
The MFC-J6920w will be followed by two additional models later this month: the MFC-J6720dw, $249, and the MFC-J6520dw, $229. Details on these units will be released shortly by Brother.
