Lawrenceville, Ga. — Encompass Supply Chain Solutions today announced it has formed a strategic partnership with Hisense USA to enhance service parts support for its CE and major appliance products.
Through the partnership, Encompass - a provider of forward and reverse logistics for a range of electronics products and replacement parts, will help increase visibility and availability of Hisense spare parts for its complete line of products, including televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, beverage coolers and freezers. Encompass will supply parts for out-of-warranty or extended-warranty repairs.
“Encompass currently supports nearly 200 manufacturer brands, supplying thousands of business and consumer customers,” said Robert Coolidge, Encompass president and CEO. “With comprehensive e-commerce capabilities, we are well positioned to significantly build awareness for and increase access to Hisense replacement parts. This will expand the ability to service their products after market and enhance their brand loyalty.”
Hisense USA is based in Georgia, close to Encompass' headquarters and primary distribution facility located just outside Atlanta.
