— Imation recently filed a Declaratory Judgement Action against Philips claiming Philips recently attempted to interfere with its business relationships with customers and suppliers. Imation wants the courts to re-affirm the existence of an Imation-Philips patent cross-license, that this cross-license applies to Imation subsidiaries, and that it covers a variety of optical products irrespective of brand.
