Kent, Ohio, USA – December 30, 2014: Kent Displays announced today the company will unveil two new models of its popular Boogie Board eWriter product line at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 6-9, 2015. A new Boogie Board brand identity and the next release of its Boogie Board Sync iOS® app will also be unveiled at the show.
The new Boogie Board models include one specifically designed for the toy market and another with an ultra-bright reflective LCD that is nearly 50% brighter than previous models. The toy model is the first Boogie Board eWriter with a translucent LCD and has a form factor similar to an artist’s palette. The translucent LCD allows two and three dimensional objects to be traced for hours of creative fun. A free activity center mobile app includes structured learning exercises, games and drawing templates.
The new release of the Boogie Board Sync iOS app allows anyone, anywhere to view your real-time writing or drawing through a web-browser. Great for sharing with an audience in a different location (e.g., a teacher’s or businessperson’s “whiteboard” copy, a grandchild’s latest masterpiece, or a personal handwritten message).
The new Boogie Board brand identity includes design elements and messaging that are bolder and more modern. The new brand better represents the ever-expanding and diverse Boogie Board product line which is reaching across a wider range of consumer channels. New messaging includes the tagline: No Paper, No Pen, No Problem. Writing Redefined.

In addition to exhibiting at CES, the full line of Boogie Board LCD eWriters will be presented to the media at the Showstoppers@CES event from 6 to 10 p.m. on January 6 in the Lafite Ballroom of the Wynn Hotel.
