Irvine, CA August 18, 2026- Campfire Audio will return to CanJam SoCal on August 29–30, 2026, with the first U.S. public showing of Chimera, its new nine-driver flagship in-ear monitor, following international debuts in Singapore and London. U.S. audio enthusiasts will have their first opportunity to experience Campfire Audio’s most ambitious IEM to date firsthand. Campfire Audio will also highlight Andromeda 10, the latest evolution of the company’s most recognizable designs, alongside a selection of IEMs from its current lineup available for demonstration throughout the weekend.
Chimera Makes Its U.S. Debut
First introduced earlier this year, Chimera represents the next evolution of Campfire Audio’s approach to premium portable audio. CanJam SoCal will mark Chimera’s first public appearance in the United States, giving American listeners the opportunity to experience the new flagship for themselves.
Chimera is an ambitious nine-driver, quad-brid architecture combining four advanced transducer technologies. Chimera features a shell-embedded bone conduction driver, a cutting-edge True Glass dynamic driver, a dual-diaphragm balanced armature, dual high-frequency balanced armatures, and four electrostatic supertweeters. The advanced internal components are mirrored externally, with a carbon fiber-brass damascus faceplate and PVD magnesium shell. Campfire Audio brings these technologies together through its precision acoustic engineering to create a statement IEM designed to deliver exceptional technical performance while retaining the distinctive character that provides even the most experienced audiophile with a new experience.
Andromeda 10: A Campfire Audio Icon Reimagined
Alongside Chimera, Campfire Audio will showcase Andromeda 10, the latest evolution of one of the company’s most recognizable IEMs. Andromeda 10 expands upon the qualities that established the original while introducing a new acoustic architecture developed for greater resolution, scale and refinement. Visitors will be able to compare Andromeda 10 with other models from Campfire Audio’s current lineup and explore the different approaches to tuning and driver technology found throughout the range.
Campfire Audio will also have a broad selection of its current IEM lineup available to audition throughout the weekend, including Alien Brain, a five-driver hybrid delivering big, satisfying bass, rich and detailed mids, and smooth, airy treble; Clara, with its “smooth and meditative” hybrid tuning pairing textured, impactful lows with emotive vocals and clear, precise highs; and Trifecta, an unconventional triple-dynamic design known for huge, enveloping bass, lush “analog” mids, and a big, holographic soundstage.
