Azione Unlimited (AU), the education and buying group for integrators, announces a new Health Care Initiative that will be available for its members. After months of research and negotiations, Azione has utilized its buying power and group size to obtain a high quality, cost saving health care plan that would not otherwise be available to a small business or medium size business.
Azione dealers can choose from 19 different plan options provided by either Cigna or Aetna. They choose the plan and carrier that works best for them. This offering is a prototype and has been developed specifically to meet the needs of our large group that has separate entities, separate federal tax ID numbers, and businesses that are located in different states. It is the first of its kind. Dealers may benefit from the utilization statistics of our industry’s typically young and healthy pool.
Dedicated human resources representatives will assist with benefits administration and claims processing. One of the most attractive aspects of the plan, which is unique and beneficial, is that yearly increases or decreases are linked to actual usage, and not to national averages.
