SureBright has partnered with Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) to offer a whole-system warranty program for custom integrators, the companies announced this week.
The program allows HTSA members to provide a single protection plan covering entire installation projects, including AV equipment, control systems, connected devices, and associated labor. Integrators remain the primary service contact for customers and can generate revenue from both warranty sales and ongoing service work.
The offering is positioned as an add-on revenue stream with no upfront cost to dealers. According to the companies, onboarding takes less than 10 minutes and does not require changes to existing workflows. Integrators can also add coverage up to 30 days after installation, providing flexibility in how and when the program is introduced to customers.
“We’re thrilled to bring SureBright into the HTSA ecosystem as a valued service partner,” said Jon Robbins, Executive Director, HTSA. “Their whole-system warranty platform is a smart, seamless solution that gives our members a tangible way to grow incremental revenue while delivering even greater value to their customers.”
SureBright’s Whole-System Warranty is designed to align with how custom integration businesses operate, covering a range of residential projects such as home theaters, smart home systems, and security installations. The program follows a dealer-centered model, allowing integrators to maintain control of the customer relationship throughout the lifecycle of the system.
“HTSA is comprised of some of the most committed and capable custom integrators in the country, and we are proud to be working with them,” said Manish Chauhan. “We built Whole-System Warranty to fit the way custom installation businesses operate, and we look forward to helping HTSA members offer a straightforward protection program while strengthening the client relationships they have built.”
Additional features include revenue sharing on warranty sales and repairs, as well as coverage that spans multiple product categories under a single plan.
“HTSA members are among the most respected specialty technology dealers in the industry,” said Rick Albuck. “We are excited to support them with a whole-system warranty that is practical, easy to deploy, and built around how they run their businesses. I look forward to building relationships across the HTSA community and helping members find new ways to grow.”
