Samsung Electronics America has introduced a new basket of services to assist custom installers.
Samsung said the web portal is a core component of the program, offering whitepapers, training, install tips and additional resources for CI professionals including access to a support network of trained Samsung technology experts and a technical support hotline.
Also provided are directories for Samsung’s entire line of home entertainment products, including its super-premium QLED series, The Frame lifestyle TV, soundbars and the new UBD-M9700 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player.
“We want to ensure that custom installers have priority access to the product, information and support they require,” explained Samsung sales VP David Carter.
On the distribution side, the vendor has also expanded its network of authorized Samsung Custom Install Distribution partners in top markets nationwide to provide the CI dealer with greater access to all Samsung products, the company said.
“Samsung is committed to improving custom installers’ profits and end-user satisfaction,” added Giulio Ambrosi, Samsung’s CE product strategy VP. “We’re confident that CI professionals will find that Samsung’s total home offering and post-sale support are stronger than ever.”
