ProSource, HTSA Expand Ranks And Services

ProSource and HTSA have opened their books to new members.

Updated! ProSource and Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA), two of the industry’s leading retail and custom integration buying groups, have opened their books to new members.

ProSource, which leads the channel with $5 billion in annual sales, welcomed six new custom integrators in the fourth quarter of 2017 (44 in total last year), raising its ranks to over 550 members.

The newcomers include:

  • AC/DC Systems, Kihei, Ha.
  • Creative Systems, Collegeville, Pa.
  • Fisher Technologies, Eagle, Colo. 
  • Hive, Tampa, Fla. 
  • Hoppen Home Systems, Tampa, Fla.
  • Imagine More, Windsor, Colo.

In addition, membership director Sherry Dantonio has been given additional responsibility as the main point of contact for ProSource’s large-volume Power members, while in other ProSource news, Herman Integration Services, a national integrator outsourcing service, and iPoint Business Management Software, which provides workflow, cash management and other back-office programs, have been added to the group’s member services suite.

Meanwhile, HTSA welcomes aboard lighting design specialist Inaray of Richmond, Va., and CEDIA pioneer Audio Command Systems (ACS) of Westbury, N.Y. Inaray was founded in 2002 by Todd Peace and ACS was founded by Robert Kaufman and Jonathan Flamm in 1976.

“We are tremendously enthused that these two distinguished integration companies have chosen to join HTSA and couldn’t be happier to welcome them both to the group,” said HTSA executive director Jon Robbins.

In other HTSA news, the group will make RoseWater Energy Group’s residential power management hub solutions available to members through a new partnership with the Plantation, Fla.-based company.

Both HTSA and ProSource are member-owned organizations.
