ProSource dealers and integrators will be getting some help developing designs and estimates for their customers’ installation projects.
The specialty A/V and CI buying group has added Slateplan to its assortment, whose software help salespeople collaborate with customers and establish project scope and budget in a single meeting (see video, below).
According to business development director Andy Orozco, a ProSource committee “completed a comprehensive review of market solutions and selected Slateplan for [its] ease of use and ability to have a significant impact on the bottom line for our members.”
“Slateplan has always been, and continues to be, intended to make the home technology sales experience better for everyone involved,” said company co-founder Jason Wright. “This includes customers and integrators, as well as manufacturers, service providers, and the other important players in the home technology ecosystem.”
The Slateplan team plans to mingle with members, vendors and media at ProSource’s CEDIA 2016 reception on Sept. 14 at 6:30 p.m. in the San Antonio Ballroom of the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. Both partners will also exhibit at the show, ProSource at booth No. 5351 and Slateplan at booth No. 3016.
ProSource, an affiliate of the BrandSource buying group, is a member-owned, not-for-profit co-op representing more than 500 specialty retailers and custom integrators with cumulative sales of more than $4.5 billion.
