New Leaf Signs America’s Hometown

Stillwater, Okla. — America’s Hometown Brand Centers (AHBC), a national buying group based here, has selected New Leaf Service Contracts as its exclusive extended-warranty provider.

The buying group, founded in 1993, serves 572 independent majap, CE, home-furnishings and outdoor products dealers in 47 states. The agreement makes extended-service programs available to Hometown’s broad member base.

“Our dealers and their customers deserve the best service contract provider in the market,” said AHBC president Wayne Neelley. “We thoroughly screen the companies that we recommend to our members, and New Leaf provides the best combination of service and product in the industry.”

“Ultimately,” added New Leaf president/COO Rick Gavino, “our mission is to help its members realize profits that align with those of the buying group, and revenue that is generated through the sale of New Leaf service contracts increases customer loyalty.  Consumers also benefit from better service and loyalty-driven pricing.”

New Leaf CEO Sean Hicks noted that his company will provide AHBC dealers with a variety of customized service contract products and services — backed by A-rated insurance carriers and combined with state-of-the-art technology platforms — that will increase retailers’ bottom-line profits and provide unparalleled service to consumers.

New Leaf also provides outbound administration and marketing services, including telemarketing, email and mail services, for missed point-of-sale and renewal campaigns, the company said.
