The Nationwide Marketing Group has developed a new financial training program to bring member dealers up to speed on retail payment.
Dubbed “Dollars & Sense: The Definitive Guide to Payments and Retail Credit,” the online series is comprised of 16 in-depth training modules covering everything from cash, checks, and credit and debit cards, to touchless payments and all aspects of retail credit and financing.
“We feel it is the best and most complete financial services training tool for our membership,” said Nationwide executive VP Frank Sandtner.
The program, announced at last month’s PrimeTime show in Nashville, includes insights from Nationwide member service partners including Synchrony Financial. Training modules are scheduled for release through the fall and winter, the group said. For more information, visit NationwideGroup.org.
