Dealer appreciation day gives dealers a chance to connect

Catalyst AV member Custom Partners held an official Dealer Appreciation Day, sponsored by Lutron at the company’s facility in Plainview, NY. The “mini CEDIA EXPO” greeted a steady flow of dealers, who received a sincere thanks for keeping the last 18 months going strong for their customers.

“No sales gimmicks, no high pressure sales tactics, just a warm and honest thank you for their business during the craziest year we’ve experienced in our nearly 20 years in business,” said Rich Radimer, President, Custom Partners. “Most of our dealers did not go to CEDIA, so we felt that having a local “mini CEDIA” would be of great benefit to them and it was.”

65 dealers attended the event, with vendors on hand including Lutron, Sonance, iPort, AVPro Edge, Sound United, eero and more.
