Harrisburg,
Pa. – D&H Distributing will hold its 19th
Annual New England Technology Show on Tuesday, Aug. 11, at the Boston Quincy Marriott
in Quincy, Mass.
In addition to the
vendors that comprise the event’s seminar schedule, such as Microsoft, Cisco,
Intel, Hewlett-Packard and SonicWall, D&H will host more than 60
manufacturers at the show, including Lenovo, Acer, D-Link, Logitech and
GI/Motorola Broadband.
Seminars topics
include an early look at Microsoft’s forthcoming Windows 7 operating system.
Exhibits will
offer hands-on demos and meetings with vendor representatives, D&H said.
More than 800 reseller, dealer and retailer attendees are expected at the show,
who can take advantage of show-day-only special pricing on the exhibit floor,
the distributor said.
The Boston event will welcome
several new D&H partners and their products to the show for the first time,
the distributor said. The companies and products include Brother Mobile’s
printers and scanners, General Electric’s digital cameras, Kaspersky Lab’s security
solutions, Ooma’s home VoIP phone systems, Pure Digital’s USB video cameras and
Rebit’s USB hard-drive data-recovery devices.
D&H will be
providing additional resources via specialized booths, including a server
solutions, licensing, gaming, HE, housewares and credit exhibit.
“We’ve spent the
past few quarters making sure our customers received vital resources to help
them through the recession, like financing and better business information,”
said Mary Campbell, marketing VP at D&H Distributing. “Now we’re looking
toward new catalysts to bring greater profitability back to the industry, like
what’s expected with the launch of Windows 7, or the advent of powerful new
tools like HP’s ProLiant G6 six-core servers.”
