BrandSource: BlueTarp Preferred Commercial Credit Program

Partnership is ‘win-win’ for members and business customers, says AVB

In a recent statement, BlueTarp Financial was announced as the preferred commercial credit program for BrandSource’s 4,500 independent retail members. BrandSource is a division of Associated Volume Buyers (AVB), a member-owned merchandising group with more than $19 billion in annual retail sales.

“We’re excited to partner with BrandSource and its growing network of retailers,” said Shawn Cunningham, President and COO of BlueTarp in a statement. “Our credit management program will help to grow and protect their businesses as they increase their footprint in the B2B space. They’ll also boost their competitiveness with flexible terms and lines, and an improved online customer experience.”

This new financing program provides full-service billing, collections, cash applications and customer service for BrandSource members. Additionally, business customers will have tools for account management and online bill pay, streamlined purchase to payment experience with online credit applications and instant decisions and more.

“As our members expand into new markets, we’re offering the right credit platform to be successful,” said Chad Evans, GM of Merchandising for AVB Inc. “It’s a win-win for both the members and their business customers.”
