All 1,150-plus Kohl’s locations will now accept Amazon returns, growing the program the retailers first piloted in 2017.
Currently offered in just 103 Kohl’s locations, the program allows consumers to return eligible unboxed and unlabeled Amazon items. Kohl’s then packages and sends the items back to Amazon on the consumer’s behalf.
Kohl’s also recently expanded its product relationship with Amazon to an additional 200 locations.
Kohl’s shares rose upon announcement of the news, as analysts expect the bet to pay off with increased foot traffic.
