Almo Now Exclusive U.S. Dealer for NXR Culinary Series Ranges

30-, 36- and 48-inch sizes available

Almo announced it has been named the exclusive U.S. distributor for NXR’s Culinary line of ranges.

This agreement gives independent retailers access to the competitively priced, premier NXR cooking range lineup. Noted Jack Halperin, senior VP of the dealer channel division at Almo: “Many independent retailers report seeking quality, moderately priced, profitable, step-up products to complement their current retail floor offerings. The NXR Culinary Series effectively fills that niche in the cooking segment.”

He added: “This NXR Series is only available through Almo — and sits perfectly on the dealers’ floors between currently available, traditional luxury and mass premium appliance cooking brands.”

When asked why he decided to sell the line, Vince Henninger, president of H&H Appliance Center, told TWICE, “H&H has always strived to be on the leading edge of offering emerging appliance brands. …The product looks beautiful and given that we have a strong relationship with Almo, I trust that the NXR Culinary series can bring additional sales and profits to my business.”

The Culinary ranges come in 30-, 36- and 48-inch sizes. Each model has dual sealed gas burners and, to maximize the cooking surface, include heavy-duty, cast iron continuous grates. Other premium features include a high output U-shape oven burner that provides faster preheat and powerful convection cooking, and full gliding, adjustable racks to maximize oven flexibility.

“The product is priced very competitively for the features, feel and finish,” added Henninger. “Consumers are getting great quality and value for the money. This fills the niche for consumers who may not realize that you don’t have to spend $8,000+ for a professional style range.”

Almo currently operates nine regional distribution facilities and has served as a distributor in the United States for appliances, consumer electronics and more for over 70 years.
