Elk Grove Village, Ill. — Allnet Distributing, the Midwest region member of the Catalyst AV distribution network, will hold its annual Spring Vendor Day on May 1 at its headquarters, here.
“We’re getting ready for what is certain to be an action-packed event,” said Wally Whinna, Allnet Distributing principal and board member of Catalyst AV. “Allnet just launched the Sony line. We’ll have three Sony projectors on display, including 4K models, for dealers to see, along with their new ES receivers, Blu-ray [players] and XBR 4K TVs.”
He added, “Factory representatives from 16 vendors will be on hand to meet with dealers and take them through the latest offerings from their companies.”
Vendors attending the event at Allnet’s headquarters at 2680 United Lane, here, include Sony, TiVo, EnGenius, Atlona, Luxul, Yamaha, Lutron, Sonos, Peerless, Aprilaire, Definitive Technology, Yamaha, Lutron and URC.
The event will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include a continental breakfast until 1 p.m., Allnet’s “famous steak lunch” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and door prizes all day long, the distributor said.
