Billed as the world’s first Tango-enabled smartphone, the Phab 2 Pro was built to drive mainstream adoption for augmented reality through Tango. Through the Phab 2 Pro’s fisheye camera (which can identify edges and corners) and its inertial measurement unit, Tango lets the phone understand its position in a room – next to the fridge, moving around in your hand or resting on a desk. The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro uses a customized Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 Built for Tango Processor, with GPU and graphics that are finetuned for Tango functionality. It can capture 360-degree immersive sound of live recordings through Dolby Audio 5.1 sound capture, Dolby Atmos and a three-microphone array with active noise cancellation. The phone’s onboard 16-megapixel camera also supports 4K video recording. It has a 6.4-inch screen with QHD resolution and assertive display.
