With the Wemo Dimmer, users can control lights from whatever is easiest — their phone, voice, through rules or the device itself. A Night mode that saves sleepy eyes from being blinded when the lights are turned on at night is a pre-programmed setting within the Wemo app that allows you to set the level of light for certain hours of the day. So even when a user turns on the switch physically, it will only turn on to a certain brightness.A Long Press feature allows for new types of control from the hardware itself. Pressing and holding for longer than two seconds will trigger a second action involving other Wemo devices. For example, long pressing an Dimmer in a bedroom could turn off lamps connected to Wemo switches in the living room at the same time.
