President Obama and the first lady gave a tour of the White House residence and the West Wing using 360-degree virtual reality.
The video, which was made with Felix & Paul Studios in collaboration with Oculus, tours the Oval Office and the Situation Room, among other areas.
“Every president moves to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue with the full awareness that it is a temporary address,” noted Obama in the video. “In our time here, we made some great progress, great friends and great memories. That’s what I’ll take with me most.”
Obama’s Jan. 10 farewell address in Chicago was the first presidential address broadcast live in 360-degree video.
