Bellevue, Wash. – T-Mobile launched its latest low-price smartphone, the T-Mobile Concord II, through its website at $0 down plus 24 monthly payments of $5 for a total price of $120 without contract.
The Android 4.3 phone features 4-inch WVGA screen, Gorilla Glass 2, 5-megapixel autofocus camera with built-in LED flash, and 4G HSPA+ network technology. It lacks 4G LTE.
Other features include a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB memory, 32GB MicroSD slot and Wi-Fi calling.
The phone and the Alcatel One Touch Evolve, also at $120, are the lowest-priced smartphones in T-Mobile’s selection, though the Alcatel model features Android 4.1 OS and 3G capability.
