Zagg, Mophie Bow New iPhone 16 Cases, Power Accessories

New Zagg screen shields, consumer-customized iPhone cases, and new Mophie travel, car, and portable battery charging gear are now available

With Apple ready to announce its new iPhone 16 models on September 9 and likely available there soon after, Zagg and its Mophie brand are ready to ship a plethora of new iPhone 16 screen protectors, cases, and power accessories to retailers.

Among the highlights of the Zagg retail line is its Invisible Shield Glass XTR4 graphene screen protector ($59.99) with what is called Hexiom2 Impact Technology which the company claims provides 10% stronger impact protection. Zagg retail sales trainers travel with a kit to help demonstrate how strong the shields are by dropping metal balls through tubes onto protected and unprotected screens. The XTR4 is also anti-reflective, and anti-dust, and includes 60% blue light filtration.

Zagg also says its new Glass Elite Privacy 360 Invisible Shield screen protector ($59.99) is 5x tougher than the “average” screen protector. The Glass Elite features 360-degree privacy protection to keep prying eyes off your screen, along with fingerprint and anti-microbial protection.

Also available in September are a variety of MagSafe-compatible wireless charging cases in a variety of colors including clear, many with easier-to-access kickstands. All the new Zagg cases include graphene which Zagg says is 200x stronger than steel but lighter than aluminum for 13-foot drop protection. Mostly made from recycled materials, the new cases range between $29.99 to $59.99.

Also available are new accessory keyboards and keyboard covers and cases ($99.99-$149.99) for the Apple’s new iPads that started shipping in May, along with 4-, 6-, and 9-port laptop charging and connection hubs ($59.99, $99.99, $129.99, respectively), a Pro Dock laptop/tablet desktop workstation hub ($399.99), and a Desktop Essentials Travel Kit ($129.99) with a full-sized foldable keyboard and mouse and a collection of international power adapters and wireless chargers along with a travel case.

Mophie Portable Charging Gear

On the Mophie side, the company is ready to start shipping new Powerstation portable batteries: the 5,000 mAh, 18W/20W Powerstation Plus Mini ($49.95) with an attached USB-C cable, the 10,000 mAh, 30W Powerstation Plus ($79.95) with connected USB-C and Lightning cables, and the 10,000 mAh, 30W Powerstation Plus Ultra ($99.95) with connected USB-C and Lightning cables and a flip down AC plugs for direct outlet recharging or device power.

Starting in October, Mophie will also offer updated iPhone 16 Juice Pack battery cases ($99.95) equipped with 2,800-3,600 mAh rechargeable batteries, depending on the iPhone 16 model. For portable desktop charging there’s a new 15W Qi2 magnetic wireless charger ($29.95) equipped with a kickstand.

Coming in November are a MagSafe Qi2 15W wireless ($69.95) and wired ($29.95) magnetic and angle-adjustable car vent iPhone charging mounts with included connected cables. Also due in mid-November is a third-generation compact foldable 3-in-1 (iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods) travel charger ($149.95), which includes a 30W global wall power adapter, a 1.5-meter USB cable, and a carry case.
