RBH Boosts Line, Adds Flagship

A flagship speaker, the company’s first indoor/outdoor models, and subwoofer amps are in store from RBH.

The flagship T1 in the Signature Series features power handling of 500 watts, 90dB sensitivity and 120dB SPL for use in large home theater systems.

The driver array consists of four 6.5-inch aluminum cone midwoofers and three 1-inch silk dome tweeters.

The T1, due in the first quarter, can also be purchased as a package that includes subwoofers and amplifiers. The T2N package, for example, consists of a pair of T1s and a pair of 1010SEN passive subwoofers. The T2P adds a pair of SA-400 400-watt amplifiers to the T2N package. The T3 package features two 1010-SEN subwoofers that are aluminum 10-inch woofers in a vented cabinet that shares the same footprint as the T1.

The packages range in suggested retail from $4,099 to $11,193/pair.

The AWS-6 all-weather speaker features 6.5-inch polygraphite cone woofer and 1-inch Mylar dome tweeter at a suggested $350.00/pair. It shipped in January.

In another introduction, the company is offering two outboard subwoofer amplifiers to go with two passive subs. The 200- and 400-watt amps feature controls for phase adjustment, defeatable bass boost at 25Hz, defeatable low-pass crossover, a variable 40Hz-180Hz crossover and volume control. Additional details were unavailable.
