Savant and Timber Block have together announced a strategic partnership that will see the integration of Savant solutions into the Timber Block Signature Home series, ensuring that an energy resilient smart home experience is integrated into the home from the earliest stages of the design process.

Savant technologies that will be integrated into Signature Home series residences include smart lighting controls and fixtures powered by Savant’s app. The Savant Smart Panel will give homeowners the ability to monitor and control energy use from the Savant app. Custom climate features via the GE Smart Thermostat will give homeowners the ability to control temperature and comfort remotely using the Savant app’s scene engine and scheduling functionality.
The announcement follows an event in Charlotte, NC, where both brands showcased the vision behind the partnership.
