PARA To Sponsor CES Seminars

For the first time ever, PARA will offer management seminars at CES, said PARA member services director Jeannette Howe. Eight three-hour sessions at the 2003 show are designed to help dealers identify strategic issues and create concrete action plans, she said.

This seminar will concentrate on preparing the elements of a business plan to drive higher profits. The elements include: formulating specific goals for top- and bottom-line growth; evaluating where your company is and creating well defined strategies to reach goals; and writing detailed action plans to engage everyone in the effort over the next 12 months.
