NutriBullet Brings Sensing Smarts To The Smoothie

Bluetooth blender lets users track nutritional info in real time

NutriBullet has begun shipping its first smart blender, the NutriBullet Balance.

Developed in partnership with Perfect Company, the Balances features a built-in Bluetooth-enabled sensor that connects to an Android app. Users can track real-time nutritional data as they build recipes, customize recipes to their desired taste, set and track their nutritional goals, create plans for optimum wellness, build shopping lists, and track items in their pantry, according to the company.

Hundreds of curated recipes are available in the app, and consumers can also build their own and adjust for eating styles and dietary restrictions.
