It is waterproof to 100 feet, shockproof to up to a 7-foot drop and freeze-proof to 14 degrees F.

Bluetooth connectivity allows the camera to be remotely triggered by a paired smartphone.

Action Control lets users adjust camera settings with a flick of a wrist, the company said.

Additional features include a 5x optical zoom Nikkor ED glass lens (24mm-120mm f/2.8 max aperture) and 10x Dynamic Fine Zoom.

The AW130 will be available in March in yellow, blue and black for a suggested retail of $349.

The step-down Coolpix S33 is waterproof to 33 feet, shockproof to 5 feet and freeze-proof to 14 degrees.

It features a 13.2-megapixel CMOS sensor; 3x zoom; a one-touch movie record button for 1080p FullHD video; Nikon Snapbridge with Wi-Fi and NFC; and 16 creative modes and effects options, including Underwater Face Detection and an option to shoot videos with miniature effect.
