Monster announced it has restructured its company in a series of moves that it said includes the “exit of toxic members of its management team.”
The audio and tech accessory manufacturer said it has appointed a new senior management team. This includes the appointment of Kevin Lee, son of Monster founder Noel Lee, as chief operating officer.
Mike Manske has been named global VP of sales.
The company added it’s also implementing new financial, sales and operations teams, as well as new supply-chain partners in the areas of product development, inventory and deliveries.
Monster said its new supply-chain model will result in more on-time deliveries and reduced product pricing. The company added that it intends to enter home lighting systems, it noted, as well as integrate Amazon Alexa and Google into its products.
Announcements are planned for CES 2019.
