You saw them at CES, and now get ready to put price point to model as LG Electronics USA prepares to ship its 2018 OLED TV line to retailers this month.
The new nine-model OLED lineup includes the W8, E8, C8 and B8 series in screen sizes of 55 to 77 inches, with design features like picture-on-wall, picture-on-glass and cinema screen.
There’s also a seven-model selection of Super UHD LCD TVs in screen sizes of 49-75 inches.
The 2018 line is infused with LG’s ThinQ AI functionality which, driven by a new LG Alpha 9 intelligent processor for the OLEDs and current Alpha 7 processor for the LCDs, provides voice control for apps, entertainment and smart-home connectivity, while the chipsets also improve picture quality.
