Oceanside, Calif. — JLab Audio has updated its line of children’s headphones with a model that folds for portability, known as the JBuddies Folding.

The second-generation JBuddies headphones, which have a spill-resistant construction and limit sound up to 85dB, are offered in two colors: neon pink/black and neon blue/graphite. They feature “pinch-free” hinges and come with 3D character stickers that kids can affix to the ear cups.

A company spokeswoman said JLab plans to continue to offer the first-generation JBuddies, which limit noise to 90dB.  The JBuddies Folding, which become available June 5, have a $24.99 suggested retail, while the first-gen JBuddies will drop to $19.99.

JLab is a division of Apollo Brands.
