Ingram Micro lost another top executive this week when chief operating officer Jeffrey Rodek resigned to take the top spot at software developer Hyperion Solutions.
Rodek’s departure follows that of Jerre Stead, Ingram’s chief executive officer, who resigned one month ago. In a written release Ingram said Rodek’s decision was in no way connected to Stead’s. Rodek’s replacement has not been named and the company is still searching for a successor to Stead.
Both moves came after Ingram gave notice to Wall Street that it will not meet its third quarter earning predictions.
