StJohn Drops Distribution

StJohn Group discontinued North American marketing and distribution of audio/video brands to return to its roots as a marketing and business development company, owner Kevin Leja announced.

The company distributed and marketed the Artcoustic, Cabasse, Cineversum, and Image Screens brands.

Meantime, StJohn Group co-founder John Caldwell formed a new company, Grace Motif of Scottsdale, Ariz., to distribute and market all of the StJohn brands but Cabasse. The company also plans to pick up additional brands in “luxury class technology” for dealers with design-centric clients in the residential, commercial and hospitality markets.
