Handspring To Announce Palm OS Products

Handspring, a licensee of the Palm operating system, is expected to announce tomorrow the availability of its first products since the company was formed last year to create consumer-aimed Palm OS devices.

According to published reports, Handspring, founded by former Palm principals Donna Dubinsky and Jeff Hawkins, will debut several devices starting at $149 and including an expansion slot for MP3, pagers and other modules.
