Four Hisense TVs Hit Walmart Shelves

Suwanee, Ga. — Walmart stores across the country have started selling Hisense USA’s 40-inch and 46-inch K360M-series Roku-ready LCD HDTVs and 50-inch and 55-inch K610 smart TVs, the TV maker said this week.

The K610 models — 55-inch ($798) and 50-inch ($648) — offer a super-slim (13mm) bezel, built-in, FullHD 1080p resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and a Hisense smart-TV interface, providing access to streaming apps from Vudu, Netflix, YouTube and Pandora, the company said.

“Our goal is to provide every home with a feature-packed television that is perfect for the whole family to enjoy not only as a traditional television, but as a media hub enabling access to additional content,” said Jonathan Frank, Hisense USA marketing VP. “These two releases demonstrate our continued effort to offer consumers the freedom of choice with the most advanced content delivery system.”

The Hisense K360M-series models — 46-inch ($498) and 40-inch ($378) — include a Mobile High-definition Link (MHL)-enabled HDMI port that will accept an optional Roku Streaming Stick to access hundreds of apps for online steaming video streaming and other services.
