Auto Page Updates C13 Remote-Start System

Auto Page has updated its C13 remote-start system. The Gen2 CI3 Hybrid mobile app allows users to remotely start and control their car’s security from iPhones, Android smartphones and BlackBerrys.

The new system will be available in October for a $299 suggested retail. This includes one year of service.

The Gen2 C13 features remote starting with unlimited range and two-way confirmation, Auto Page said, as well as keyless entry, trunk release, and remote security arming and disarming. It also has GPS tracking and locationbased services, such as Geo fence boundary alerts, up to four programmable Geo fence boundary settings, and entry and exit alerts. These last two alerts can also receive SMS alerts for security, speed and location.

It also comes with a D/A conversion module meant to let the C13 be used with other manufacturers’ remote-start systems and OEM apps.
