Bridgewater, N.J. — Brother International said Thursday that it is expanding its Business Smart Series of SOHO printers with the introduction of the MFC-J4420DW all-in-one color inkjet printer/copier/scanner/fax.
The MFC-J4420, which is positioned at a $169.99 suggested retail price, is said to improve upon Brother’s first generation of Business Smart models with some of the fastest print speeds (up to 20ppm black and 18ppm color) in its class.
Brother said it tailored the unit’s feature package to small office/home office (SOHO) users.
Key highlights include: low printing costs using Super High-yield replacement ink cartridges; mobile device connectivity for easy printing and scanning to multiple devices; up to 11-by-17-inch printing for ledger-sized business documents; a 2.7-inch Color TouchScreen Display; and a space-saving design facilitated by Brothers’ Landscape Print Technology.
