BenQ used the Cyberathlete Professional League 2006 Championship held here last month as a platform to launch a new LCD monitor lineup.

The step-down FP241VW Z has the same features, but comes with a black chassis and a $1,299 suggested retail.

The FP222WH’s screen resolution is 1,680 by 1,050 and the monitor has a 6ms screen response rate, 700:1 contrast ratio and it will cost $549. The entry-level FP94VW, $299, has a 2ms response rate, 1,440 by 900 resolution and a 700:1 contrast ratio.
