Theory Audio Design has announced a significant upgrade to its product warranty program. Effective immediately, the new warranty policy extends coverage for all DLC loudspeaker controller models from their previous three years to five years.
The Theory product ecosystem is founded on the concept of a dedicated DSP amplifier (amplified loudspeaker controller), which processes and optimizes the audio signal uniquely for each Theory loudspeaker model. Theory loudspeaker controllers and loudspeakers (as well as Pro Audio Technology loudspeakers) are developed in unison and function together as a system.
By employing the most advanced DSP techniques within a closed system, the company says that it can ensure the highest performance possible and pledges that Theory (and PRO) loudspeakers are the most reliable on the market.
The DLC enhanced warranty coverage is evidence that Theory is confident in its componentry, manufacturing processes, and quality control measures to produce speaker systems that do not break.
