Accessory Power Looks To Expand In Canada

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIF. — Accessory Power, which recently introduced a number of new Bluetooth devices, including an all-in-one power bank/FM radio, said it’s looking to expand its distribution in Canada.

Steve Rapp, marketing director, said, “Our European expansion is outstanding. What we really need are more distribution partners in Canada to help us service our USA partners north of the border. It’s a wonderful market, close to home, and our packaging and user guides are already French compliant.”

Rapp noted that the company plans to show more than 70 new products at the IFA Show in Berlin in September.

Among the new products include the BlueSync SPB, designed to serve as a Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth receiver, power bank and an FM radio; a built-in mic also enables it to act as a speakerphone.

The 2,200 mAh power bank can charge most USB devices, said Accessory Power, which added that the BlueSync SPB is meant to “provide a little bit of something for everyone.”

A single control knob manages music playback, volume and FM radio modes.

A second product, the BlueGate RMT remote control, provides wireless control of Bluetooth devices. It can be used with both Android and iOS portable devices for controlling music and photo apps, even when Bluetooth pairing is already used by another device. It also has voice-command functions.

The BlueVibe CFT Bluetooth sports headphones, meanwhile, are designed as both a workout model and for everyday use. Features include an ergonomic neckband, angled ear tips, clip-on Bluetooth 3.0 receiver equipped with onboard controls and a five-hour battery life.

The clip-on receiver can also be used a separate universal Bluetooth receiver for any headphones with a 3.5mm jack.

The company introduced its first gaming headset earlier this summer.

Pricing for the products was not available.
