Meridian – the original British high performance audio manufacturer – will be actively promoting some of the world’s most innovative products and technology at this year’s High End event in Munich.
There is much to be excited about with Meridian Sooloos. Meridian is very serious about sound quality and at the Munich Show journalists can discover how the company has devised a roadmap to evolve its Sooloos audio platform rapidly in a number of directions. An intuitive, immersive user-interface is key to a compelling high-end audio system like Meridian Sooloos. Meridian has always believed that its customers are best served by high performance products that are designed as part of a stable, dedicated and complete end-to-end audio system. To that end, Meridian has been investing in product development resources over the last 18 months and several significant projects are nearing completion.
The DSP320 in-wall/in-ceiling loudspeaker is designed for in-ceiling use while also being slim enough for an in-wall set-up. It is designed to deliver similar tone qualities and compatible performance and it can also be easily integrated into systems that combine Meridian’s free-standing DSP loudspeakers with Meridian in-wall loudspeakers. Meridian’s Special Edition series of DSP Digital Active Loudspeakers, which provide the most revealing, lifelike and powerful performance of any Meridian loudspeaker to date, will also be on display.
This highly acclaimed and ground-breaking MQA technology will also be demonstrated. MQA is a revolutionary new British technology that fundamentally changes the way we encode, capture, distribute and consume music. Meridian will be the only manufacturer at Munich with MQA ready hardware on view.
