A Menards spokesperson told the Times-Reporter the Obama administration is “scaring the dickens out of all family businesses,” and that it’s halting its planned new construction until the 2016 election shakes out.
“Construction of a Menards facility on Bluebell Drive will be delayed for about a year as the owners of the privately owned Menard Inc. wait to see the outcome of the November general election.”
