According to this report by an ABC-TV affiliate in Cleveland, hhgregg customers have waited as long as three months for big-ticket deliveries before being told their orders have been cancelled due to the retailer’s recent bankruptcy filing.
“Some northeast Ohio shoppers are not happy about what they call hhgregg delivery delays on thousands of appliances. Consumers told News 5 that in some cases the delays have held them in limbo for more than three months.”
