FCC rejects Sirius objection to Verizon, T-Mobile swap

"'The FCC has rejected an objection from satellite radio operator Sirius XM to the transfer of AWS and PCS spectrum licences between Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile. Sirius filed its objection in August, citing concerns about interference from T-Mobile's AWS operations to some subscribers' service in large urban markets.'

Commission, however, says Sirius could pursue its complaint  about  T-Mobile AWS-band interference with some satellite radios through a different FCC proceeding, so the issue is far from resolved.
