Hauppauge, N.Y. — Stephen Witt, formerly of Dice and Alpine, has joined Audiovox Electronics’ mobile electronics group as mobile audio and advanced accessories VP.
It is a new position.
His responsibilities will include increasing market share with the Jensen brand, expanding the OE radio category in the expeditor channels, and accelerating the development of the company’s advanced vehicle accessories group.
Tom Malone, president of Audiovox Electronics, in a statement: “Steve is a well-respected industry veteran with over 27 years of product and marketing management for Alpine. He has also been an active participant in the Consumer Electronics Association for 18 years and more specifically in leadership roles with the automotive electronics division board for 17 years.”
