William French Dead At 63

Santa Fe, Calif. – William Davied French, 63, Westinghouse Digital Electronics regional sales manager and 40-year consumer electronics industry veteran, died Feb. 3 after a long illness, the company said Thursday.

French, of Missouri City, Texas, had worked as Westinghouse’s western region sales manager since October 2004. He was formerly a regional manager with Philips Consumer Electronics.

French is survived by his wife, Marie, of 40 years; a daughter Cathy Freeman, two granddaughters, Jennifer Bailey and husband Lee and Paige McLellan and fiancé Matt Leaumont.

He also leaves great grandchildren Alex, Bryson, Karson, Morgan and Presley Bailey and Kendall and Olivia McLellan, brother Charles Gray, nephews Mike and Jon Gray and niece Jennifer Gray. Donations may be made to:
